A purchase changes stock, an invoice creates an obligation, and a payment needs reconciliation. Anvikara is designed to keep that entire story together.

Connect customer orders, fulfilment, billing and receipts so your team can follow every outstanding amount.
Keep received, accepted, reserved and available stock distinct—from receiving to dispatch.
Connect bank, ledger and business records. Investigate differences with the original evidence in view.
Carry business events into governed accounting, from account mappings and journals to period-end reporting.
Bring transaction tax, GST and TDS review, notices and supporting evidence into the same working context.
The complete product scope is shown here. Workflows and integrations become available progressively; we confirm your selected scope during beta onboarding.
HOW YOU USE IT
Explore five everyday journeys. Each example shows what your team does, where Anvikara helps and what happens when something needs attention.
Your supplier invoices for the full order. Your team needs to know whether the invoice can proceed—and who must resolve the difference.
The invoice stays on hold while the inspection difference is unresolved. After the authorised correction, Anvikara rechecks the facts before the next approval.
Record the supplier, quantity, price and approval before the order is issued.
Record 100 received, 80 accepted and 20 awaiting inspection clearance.
Compare the invoice with the order and accepted receipt. Route the hold to the inspection owner.
Recheck corrected facts and remaining tax or risk holds. Proceed through authorised payment and confirmed results.
ANVIKARA FOR YOUR BUSINESS
A disputed bill. A missing credit. Money that has not arrived. Explore the work behind each problem and how Anvikara is intended to help.
These are fictional scenarios showing intended product workflows, not customer deployments or measured results. Available functions and integrations are confirmed during beta onboarding. Financial examples use simplified amounts; tax treatment is outside these illustrations.
The warehouse reports a shortage, but finance has a full supplier bill to pay. Resolve the difference before it becomes an overpayment.
With WhatsAppReceive the supplier bill and request shortage evidence against the same purchase order, so procurement and finance can resolve the 10-unit difference together.
Fictional example · intended workflow · not a customer result
An electrical distributor orders 100 fittings. The warehouse accepts 90, but the supplier invoices for all 100. The bill is due, and procurement and finance are working from different records.
Finance can explain why the bill is held and what must change. A supplier’s promise to send the balance does not count as goods received.
The supplier has agreed to credit returned parts, but the credit note is still missing. Keep that unresolved amount visible before the next payment is agreed.
Workflow fit: Purchasing, stock and supplier-credit workflows. Vehicle fitment catalogues and warranty adjudication need separate assessment.
With WhatsAppCollect return photos and the supplier’s acknowledgement against the authorised return, then chase the missing credit note. Keep the expected credit separate from a validated, applied credit.
Fictional example · intended workflow · not a customer result
A parts dealer returns 12 faulty units priced at ₹1,500 each under an authorised return. After inspection, the supplier agrees to issue a credit rather than replacements, but the ₹18,000 credit note has not arrived. Finance needs to distinguish a credit being chased from one actually received.
The returned stock and financial credit remain connected. The team can chase a specific missing document without treating an expected credit as confirmed.
A completed delivery does not always mean a collectible invoice. Connect unpaid bills to the delivery evidence or charge dispute that needs attention.
Workflow fit: Billing, payables and collections using supplied records. Fleet tracking, dispatch and freight-rate calculation need separate systems or assessment.
With WhatsAppRequest the missing proof of delivery against the shipment and disputed invoice, then send the reviewed evidence with an approved collection follow-up. Keep the balance open until payment or an authorised adjustment is confirmed.
Fictional example · intended workflow · not a customer result
A logistics company invoices a customer ₹1,20,000 for transport services under an agreement requiring delivery documents for payment approval. The customer pays ₹90,000 and withholds ₹30,000 because one proof-of-delivery document is missing. Operations says the delivery is complete; finance still lacks the evidence.
Operations has a specific document to recover, and finance has a specific balance to chase. Attaching proof of delivery does not itself mean the customer has paid.
A notice deadline is approaching, but the client’s evidence is scattered across messages and spreadsheets. Know what is missing and who must provide it.
With WhatsAppSend the client a checklist of missing records and targeted reminders tied to the notice or reconciliation. Route confidential evidence through the practice’s approved document channel, keeping each request linked to the client’s work.
Fictional example · intended workflow · not a customer result
A CA receives a client’s tax notice about a purchase-data difference. The invoice is with accounts, the ledger extract is with the bookkeeper and the relevant tax record is still awaited. A response drafted too early could rely on incomplete facts.
The practice can see what blocks the response and pursue a specific request with the client. A draft is not represented as a submitted response or a closed notice.
A branch cannot sell stock that exists only on a transfer note. Keep missing deliveries visible before staff promise goods to a customer.
With WhatsAppWhere branch teams use the authorised business channel, request partial-delivery evidence with the branch and transfer reference. Use it to investigate the four missing cartons; update stock through the receiving workflow.
Fictional example · intended workflow · not a customer result
A retailer dispatches 10 cartons from its central warehouse. The store receives six, while staff are preparing customer orders from the expected delivery. Marking the transfer complete would overstate stock available at the store.
Store staff can distinguish received stock from an expected delivery. The four missing cartons stay visible until their whereabouts or loss is resolved.
Delivered work, accepted work and paid invoices are different things. See which customer action is holding up cash and follow up with the right evidence.
With WhatsAppWhere the client uses your authorised business channel, request milestone acceptance or remittance clarification against the relevant invoice. Keep formal acceptance and payment confirmation in their authorised workflows.
Fictional example · intended workflow · not a customer result
An IT services firm invoices ₹1,00,000 for an accepted milestone. The customer pays ₹60,000 and says the payment is complete. Another milestone awaits acceptance, leaving delivery and finance unsure which item to chase.
Finance can show exactly what remains unpaid, while delivery knows which acceptance is missing. Neither a partial payment nor a customer message silently closes the balance.
Vendor bills reach finance before the business owner confirms the work. Make the missing approval or disputed service visible without losing the invoice in email.
Workflow fit: Selected vendor-finance workflows using approved source records. Connections to the group’s ERP need separate validation; payroll, transfer pricing and group consolidation are outside this example.
With WhatsAppWhere enterprise channel policy permits, request missing service documents from the supplier and share the permitted invoice status. Keep internal acceptance and payment approval with the authorised owners in Anvikara.
Fictional example · intended workflow · not a customer result
An India Global Capability Centre (GCC) receives a ₹3,00,000 monthly support-services invoice. The service owner has accepted ₹2,40,000 of work; the remaining ₹60,000 is disputed. The supplier is chasing payment while finance waits for a clear decision.
The business owner sees the exact decision needed, and finance has an evidence-backed reason for the hold. Receipt of an invoice does not prove the service was accepted.
The card terminal shows one total; the bank shows another. Match the right settlement batch, then explain fees and unresolved differences.
Workflow fit: Finance and purchasing using supplied records. POS or processor connections need confirmation; appointments, commissions and memberships are outside this example.
With WhatsAppFor suppliers who use your authorised business channel, request a missing product bill or delivery receipt against the salon’s purchase. This supports purchasing follow-up; settlement reconciliation still relies on sales, processor and bank records.
Fictional example · intended workflow · not a customer result
A salon identifies ₹20,000 of card receipts for one settlement batch and a linked bank deposit of ₹19,600. The available statement explains ₹300 in fees, leaving ₹100 to investigate. The owner needs to check for refunds, adjustments or a deferred amount before treating it as missing money.
The owner can distinguish a documented processing fee from an unresolved shortfall. The accounts are not forced to balance by guessing what happened.

A FEW PRACTICAL ANSWERS
Anvikara is rolling out through private beta. This website presents the complete intended product and illustrative workflows. We confirm the functions, integrations and support available for your business before onboarding.
The intended product supports both native workflows and coexistence with existing systems. During onboarding, we agree which system owns each record and which supported operations can be connected. A planned connector is not a claim of live compatibility.
AI assistance can explain, suggest and draft. Permissions, calculations and workflow rules remain deterministic, and irreversible actions require the applicable human approval. Completion depends on the confirmed result from the responsible system.
The product scope includes goods receiving and inspection as well as service-entry or milestone acceptance. Matching uses the evidence and policy appropriate to the transaction.
Use your authorised WhatsApp Business channel to receive business documents, acknowledge receipt, follow up for missing information and share permitted status updates. Messages and documents connect to the relevant business records for review. Sending a message does not itself approve a transaction or confirm a payment. Explore the WhatsApp workflow.
No. The integration is scoped to the business channel you authorise and the access agreed during onboarding. It does not grant access to unrelated personal conversations. Business authorisation, consent and record permissions govern the workflow.
